Very happy with the service that I received from Precision Today. Their tech, Pail W, arrived on time. He was very professional and explained the different options to repair the leak under my sink. He told me all of the steps he would take to install the new valves and faucet. His knowledge and experience were excellent. I am very happy with the attention and knowledge that Paul and Precision give to their customers.

This company is absolutely fantastic! Our water heater broke around 6:30 in the evening and we were able to schedule an appointment that night for the next day. They arrived at our house around 9 AM and worked through the day until about 3:30. They were incredibly efficient, professional, thorough, and informative. They took the time to explain the reasoning behind all of the decisions, and showed nothing but patience with our questions. Cory and his teammate were top notch! We will only use this company moving forward!

Would give them 10 stars if I could! They are respectful, friendly, knowledgeable and did an amazing job. They offered my family different options to prevent the problem from happening again and walked us through all of the causes, so that we could get a full picture of what was going on. After getting their work done, they made it look as if they hadn't set foot here- they tidied up so well!
