Reliable Air Conditioning Repair Service, Done Right Today

Rudy came for my furnace inspection today and did find a few things that needed to be replaced and recommended air duct cleaning. Like all the employees at Precision he was kind, polite, professional and very knowledgeable! I have been with your company a very long time and I can once again say that your employees have never disappointed me with their service!!! I have no complaints at all and I sincerely hope they are very well compensated because you are fortunate to have them in your employ. David and Leo were awesome. They were very knowledgeable and super professional. They were also great with my wife, three boys, and dog all day. The new equipment installed looks great and the technology that comes with it is fantastic. We are very pleased with the overall experience.

Bryan Gomez was prompt, thorough and professional. The computer at Precision did not have me listed as a member, therefore, they were going to charge me for a service that should not have cost, but Bryan took his time reviewing my record and noticed I had been receiving member discounts for all of my recent services. He notified the office and updated my charges.

Josh and Sam are excellent employees. Sam is more experienced Josh is young but knows quite a bi tabout furnaces. Both were easy to talk to and answered every question I.

I can’t comment much about pricing (I didn’t shop them) but it seems fair. They communicated well. Cody, the tech, was on time, polite, diligent, informative and clean and appeared to do good work—I can comment more later if I run into issues. At this point, I’d be happy to call them again.

I am very pleased with the service I received today, 9/9/26. Rudy Aguilar was my assigned technician. He arrived within the scheduled window of time blocked out for my appointment. Prior to his arrival I received a few notifications, two texts and a phone call. The first text detailed a picture of Rudy along with his full name informing me who I should expect to arrive at my home. The second was a phone call directly from Rudy stating more accurately what his ETA would be. The third way I was contacted was via a final text informing me Rudy would be arriving shortly and to be on the lookout for him. While in my home Rudy was professional, courteous, friendly, and thorough. He was here for the annual maintenance on my furnace, the cost $0.00. This was because I am one of their VIP customers who pays $16.95 a month. The VIP contract I have is for service that covers both the furnace and AC annual maintenance visits along with some other services and discounts (too many to mention here) for customers who chose the plan. I appreciate that the company not only prides itself on communicating often with their customers to ensure appointments are handled in a timely manner but the additional play-by-play communications provide transparency as the technicians day progresses. Life happens and one never knows what may delay your techs arrival…ie/weather, traffic, personal emergency etc.

My wife and I have used Precision in the past. They have been wonderful and fairly priced. We had Dereck come out today to evaluate a couple things. He did a great job explaining all of our options for replacement washer hookup valves and water heater. He was very friendly and took the time to answer questions. We never felt rushed or pressured into unnecessary work.

Excellent job! Everything was done quickly, efficiently and professionally. Conversing with Johnny was very easy as I did my best to communicate the work I needed do. I definitely recommend Precision Today Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Electrical for your home maintenance needs.

Today Johnny Botka came to asses my outside water spouts tgst feed the hose in my backyard. What an incredibly thorough professional assessment he did make and gave my several options to fix my problem. I admire so much a person who knows his job and gives the customer an explanation they can understand. I do need to talk to my husband about which option to go with. And since I have Johnny’s direct number he just told me to text him and he will set things up and I don’t even have to call the office which is great. Your company has continued to gain my loyalty and will never hire anyone else. You certainly hire the best people and Johnny is certainly wonderful. Thank you for always giving me such great service and care of my 74 year old house ! Great service and Johnny is such a hard working professional. I truly enjoyed meeting him. I will request him if I have future plumbing issues.

Dereck was absolutely wonderful to work with. My water heater needed replacement so he was hired to do the job. He's Very kind and patient. Took his time to explain everything that was happening and ensured I was satisfied with installation. I definitely recommend him. Thanks Dereck!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Marques Bryan did an outstanding job! He arrived promptly, was very professional, and took the time to educate me throughout the entire process so I understood what was causing the issue and how he fixed it. He wore shoe covers to protect my home and even placed protective coverings on the floor where he set his tools, which I really appreciated. He quickly diagnosed and cleared the clog, and my kitchen sink is draining perfectly again. The entire experience was friendly, efficient, and stress-free. From scheduling to same-day service within just a few hours, everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Marques Bryan and Precision Today Plumbing. Amazing work. Our to do list was long but Darwin knocked it out of the park. Clean, friendly, knowledgeable, and kind to babies. He took care of all the new outlets and the new fixtures. The lights look amazing and now the fridge works on its own circuit. Pricey but worth it.

Steve was friendly, on time & very professional. He was easy to talk to & very informative. He also didn’t pressure me into anything, just presented me the options. I won’t hesitate to use them again. I joined their maintenance program. Highly recommend Steve!!!!! Steve was Awesome!!!

Steve B is the best plumber I have ever had! I do not want any other Plumber!! Steve is the one!! He was prompt, clean and very courteous of my new home during the installation of my Water Tech carbon and water softener system. My water is OUTSTANDING NOW!!! He even added a 2nd 40 gallon power vent water heater while installing everything else! Steve changed all the hose faucet piping to city water and put in a bypass in case we needed to use carbon only filtered water. He also made me aware of how a thermal expansion tank benefits my equipment & entire home. Steve thoroughly cleaned up after everything was finished. Took me through every aspect of the installation and coached me enough to feel comfortable around the new equipment. Best of all, he took his time to make sure I understood what he was teaching me. You can see he takes pride in his work and really cares about his customers. I hope you all ask for Steve B for all of your plumbing needs!! 5/5 STARS!!! Battery back up sump pump system is next!!!

We called Precision and even though we were scheduled for Tuesday when they found out that our AC was not working at all, they sent someone on Friday afternoon to check it out. Dominic came to our home and was the absolute professional. He had to give us the bad news that our AC was not going to be cost-efficient to be repaired and instead needed to be replaced. He was great with helping us get financing and ensuring that the new unit is installed on Monday so that we avoid the hot weather. This was a fantastic experience couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Excellent service and turnaround. Air conditioner died on memorial Day and the next day a tech Nick was out to discuss options. Turns out I wanted a new air conditioner. They got it installed the very same day. Good for me cause the weather was getting into the 80's. Installers Jesus and his apprentice did a fantastic job. Nice clean beautiful professional job. They even cut back the bushes that was hiding the outside compressor unit to fit the new one. Took the time to explain new features and what was needed off season. Cannot say enough about the company and installers. Will use them for all my HVAC and possibly other needs.

I was Dushon's last appointment for the day. He was still smiling and energetic. He quickly figured out a solution for me. My filter was making a whistling noise. He has 20 years experience. It was a quick fix. He said don't apologize for calling for a small problem. "You should be completely satisfied." I was completely satisfied.

They bought the local HVAC company and are continuing the same great customer service and craftsmanship with reasonable prices. I sleep great at night knowing my furnace and central air were installed by them. I also had them clean out my vents throughout the house and they did a remarkable job.

We have used Precision Today service on a couple of occasions. We are grateful and satisfied with the service Mr. Isaac Diaz provided yesterday, February 26th. We purchased heating and air conditioning, and Mr. Diaz and his team did a very professional job. They made sure we understood everything about the new equipment.
