Don the technician was very knowledgeable. I could tell he had years of experience. He took the time to explain things to me which I greatly appreciated. I was a bit discouraged however when a technician had not showed up the previous day as scheduled. Had called the answering service every hours d never got a response from anyone until the next morning. Response then was quick and Don was here before noon. It was the hottest, most humid day and we desperately needed A/C. Thanks for coming and repairing my unit so quickly!

Joshua and his partner worked diligently to install our new air conditioner. They showed us how everything worked and cleaned up beautifully. You wouldn’t even know they were here. Great experience!
