Called Precision because of near 5 star reviews. They were able to send over a plumber/technician within a short time/same day. The lady who took my call was very pleasant. We had a sewer blockage and backup. "Ari," didn't take long to spot the ...problem, explained the problem and options (at different price points). He worked very hard, having to get into our crawlspace several times, take off and reset a toilet and drag around lines/hoses. He even suggested a disaster cleanup firm that he called for me. VERY professional. Kept area clean at ALL times. Explained every step of the process. Advised possible solutions, and took every precaution to prevent any spills or explosions of raw sewage. Will DEFINITELY do business again!!!
This company is absolutely fantastic! Our water heater broke around 6:30 in the evening and we were able to schedule an appointment that night for the next day. They arrived at our house around 9 AM and worked through the day until about 3:30. They were ...incredibly efficient, professional, thorough, and informative. Jeff was very nice and on time. I have a leak that is not easy to find so he gave me a number to call and didn't charge me for his visit. I would recommend them.
