At Precision, we believe home service should be done precisely right the first time. That’s why we stand behind our work with our Precisely Right Or We Pay You $500 promise. This page explains exactly what that means, how it works, and when it applies so there are no surprises.
$500 Peace of Mind Promise
We’ll pay you $500 if:
- If a repair we perform fails within 12 months.
- If the issue is related to our workmanship and isn’t resolved within 48 hours of inspection.
Precision must be given the opportunity to inspect the issue and return to correct it. The promise applies only to the specific repair originally completed. Coverage is limited to $500 per invoice. If a job was misdiagnosed, the original invoice amount will be applied toward the next repair until the issue is resolved correctly. Drain cleaning services are excluded, as are manufacturer product or equipment warranty issues.
$500 Transparency Promise
You deserve to know why a repair is recommended.
Before completing a repair or with every repair where possible, we will show you clear evidence of our diagnosis. This may include photos, videos, damaged parts, gauge or meter readings, or documentation of a compromised system. If we fail to provide this transparency, the repair is free up to $500.
$500 Three Solutions Promise
We believe informed decisions lead to better outcomes.
When applicable, we will present at least three repair or service options for new service work. If fewer than three options are provided when applicable, we’ll pay you $500. This promise does not apply to warranty visits or add-ons to existing service calls.
