Precision Today – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS GIVEAWAY.
A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

INTRODUCTION:

The Grayslake Spring Home Show Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is intended for legal residents of the state of Illinois who are homeowners within the Precision Today service area and shall only be construed and evaluated according to applicable USA law and Illinois state law. Do not enter this Giveaway if you do not reside in Illinois or are otherwise ineligible to enter in accordance with these Official Rules. The Giveaway is sponsored by Precision Today, 112 Center Street, Grayslake, IL 60030 (the “Sponsor”).

ELIGIBILITY:

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Illinois who are homeowners within the Precision Today service area and at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Precision Today and its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES:

By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Winning the Grand Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER:

The Giveaway will be held exclusively at the Grayslake Spring Home Show on April 26-27, 2025 (the “Giveaway Period”). The Sponsor’s representatives at the event location are the official time-keeping authority for the Giveaway.

To enter, visit the Precision Today booth at the home show event and complete the entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person.

All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. All information submitted by entrants will be treated according to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.precisiontoday.com/privacy-policy/.

PRIZE:

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of:

• Google Nest Mini (value $49) and Google Nest Thermostat (value $129)

DRAWING AND WINNER NOTIFICATION:

The potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on Monday following the Grayslake Spring Home Show. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Giveaway Period.

The potential Winner will be contacted by the Sponsor or Administrator via phone and email.

Winner announced Monday after show via phone and email and they have 2 weeks to respond before a new winner is chosen.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

If for any reason the operation or administration of this Giveaway is impaired or incapable of running as planned due to factors beyond the Sponsor’s control, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway and award the prize using all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation.

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize. Entrants waive the right to claim any damages, including punitive, consequential, or direct damages.

DISPUTES:

All disputes arising out of this Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in Illinois, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Entrants waive any right to claim indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and their remedies are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred.

PRIVACY POLICY:

All personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.precisiontoday.com/privacy-policy/.

MISCELLANEOUS:

These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between entrants and the Sponsor concerning this Giveaway. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
