Our Lifetime Drain System Warranty

At Precision Today, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship and the durability of our materials. We provide a Lifetime Warranty on all full drain system relining and full drain system replacements performed by our team.

Comprehensive Lifetime Coverage

This warranty ensures that your “Covered Work” remains free from defects in workmanship and materials for the entire lifetime of the residential structure in which it was installed.

Transferring Your Warranty

We believe a high-quality drain system adds value to your home. This Lifetime Warranty is fully transferable to subsequent property owners, provided the following conditions are met:

• A valid and continuous Service Partnership Plan is maintained without any lapse in coverage.
• The new property owner assumes and maintains the Service Partnership Plan at the time of the property transfer.

Important Note on Coverage Changes: If the Service Partnership Plan is not maintained or assumed upon transfer, the Lifetime Warranty automatically converts to a 20-year limited warranty starting from the original installation date. This converted 20-year warranty is non-transferable.

Mandatory Maintenance Requirements

To keep your warranty valid, proper maintenance is essential:

• Hydro-Jetting Only: All lined systems must be maintained exclusively through hydro-jetting.
• Prohibited Equipment: Use of mechanical sewer machines, cutting tools, augers, or similar equipment on lined systems will void the warranty for the affected area.
• Account Standing: Coverage is conditioned upon full payment of all outstanding invoices.

What Is Not Covered (Exclusions)

While our warranty is robust, it does not cover issues arising from factors beyond our control or improper use, including:

• Misuse and Abuse: Damage caused by flushing foreign objects (wipes, feminine products, toys, etc.) or introducing materials like grease into the system.
• Structural and Soil Movement: Issues caused by foundation settlement, building shifts, or soil movement.
• Acts of God: Damage resulting from natural disasters, including fire, flood, or earthquakes.
• Neglect: Performance issues arising from a failure to comply with reasonable maintenance.

Limitation of Remedy

Precision Today’s sole obligation under this warranty is the repair or replacement of the Covered Work, determined at our discretion. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
