What Is an NPS?

The Net Promoter Score, or NPS, is a metric that determines customer service scores based on whether or not customers would be willing to recommend a company to others. Each company receives a score ranging from -100 to 100. A -100 score indicates that all customers from a particular company would not recommend their services to others, while a positive 100 score means all survey responders would recommend a company’s services. A positive score is generally good, and anything over +50 is considered outstanding.

So when we say we’re proud of our lifetime score of 87, you can see just how much that means. A lifetime score is an average taken over all responders over the life of our company.
